When you are in labour, the herb motherwort can be used in every hour as a tea or tincture to calm and relax pregnant women.

Also, you can include red raspberry tea or tincture to move labour along, especially if you had the habit of drinking red raspberry tea throughout your pregnancy.

Moreover, you can even try flower essences to heal painful symptoms of labor. You can include them in the Rescue Remedy. Just take some of them under your tongue while you are in labor. It will let you get relieved from anxiety, stress, and fear.

Also, there is this magical herb called lue cohosh which relieves childbirth pain and aids to quicker delivery. This natural herb is responsible for preparing your uterus for expelling the baby.

However, keep it in mind that you use this herb only in the last month of pregnancy. All that you need to do is try 15 to 30 drops of tincture, 3 times a day and that’s it!

If you include cranberries in your diet regularly, it can somewhat cure this problem. Although this fruit can’t replace proper medical help, it can prevent UTI infection up to great extent.

You can include cranberry in your diet in the form of its juice mixed with the juice of an apple. It will be a tasty glassful of beneficial herb for UTI prevention during pregnancy. You can also go for cranberry capsules according to the dose recommended on the package of the product.

Amazing Herbs For The Stretch Marks

    Gingerroot can induce miscarriage in early pregnancy!!! Not good advice or a safe tea for pregnancy!!!
